Rick L. Russwurm
Rick L. Russwurm of Moore, Lewis, & Russwurm, P.C. received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lubbock Christian University in 1975. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1978. Upon graduation, he moved to Dumas and has practiced law in Dumas and the surrounding areas since that time.
Mr. Russwurm has served as president of the 69th Judicial District Bar Association, chairman of the Board of the Moore County United Way, Moore County Red Cross, and Moore County Child Protective Services, and as 2nd vice chairman of the Moore County Hospital District Board.
He is a member of The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, Panhandle Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Panhandle Family Law Association, Amarillo Area Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar College, The Dumas Noon Lions Club, and is active in the First Street Church of Christ, Dumas, TX.
He is married to Debbie and they have four sons.
